Everything you need to know to prepare and submit a manuscript to Everest Advances in Science and Technology.

Guidelines

Important: Before submitting a manuscript, authors are strongly advised to review the Publication Ethics policy.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts submitted to EAST should be prepared using any common TeX distribution, including LaTeX 2.09 and MikTeX. Authors must strictly adhere to the journal's template.

Required Manuscript Components

Abstract

A concise abstract of 100–120 words is required. Please avoid complex mathematical symbols in the title and abstract, as they may not render correctly in the printed version.

Keywords

Provide 4–5 relevant keywords.

AMS Subject Classification

Include the 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification code(s).

Introduction and Conclusion

The manuscript must have a clear introduction and conclusion.

Figures and Tables

Include all necessary figures and tables, each with a descriptive title, captions, and footnotes. Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material.

References

The reference list must strictly follow the IEEE or APA 7 referencing style.

Warning: Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines or are submitted in a format other than the journal template will not be considered for further evaluation.

Submission Requirements

  • Submissions must be original and not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Authors are not restricted to members of any specific institute, society, or association.
  • Articles based on theses or conference presentations may be submitted, provided they do not appear in substantially the same form in published proceedings.
  • The total length of the manuscript should not exceed 15 pages.

Electronic Submission Process

Authors are encouraged to submit papers electronically to expedite the review and publication process. The average review time is approximately two months. Accepted papers will be published typically within 6 months after submission.

  • Manuscripts should contain essential contributions to the subject area
